Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made for future billing cycles.
Members will continue to have access to SoulKadhai benefits until the end of the current subscription period.
Refund Policy
Since SoulKadhai provides instant access to digital content and community features, refunds are not applicable once the subscription is activated.
No refunds will be issued for:
Partial usage of the subscription period
Missed participation in Q&A, contests, or selections
Non-selection of stories for song creation
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases of:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors during payment
Incorrect charges
Members may contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and such cases will be reviewed individually.
Story Selection Disclaimer
Submission of a story does not guarantee selection for song creation.
Story selection is based on community engagement, monthly criteria, and random selection, as outlined in SoulKadhai activities.
No refunds will be provided if a story is not selected.
